Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver with a background in transporting plant or powered access equipment? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established powered access engineering company based in Gravesend who are looking to add a reliable, professional driver to their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected company within the plant and access sector, moving a range of specialist machinery to customer sites.

The Role

• Position: HGV Class 1 Driver

• Location: Gravesend

• Work Type: Transporting powered access and plant machinery

• Duties Include:

  • Delivering and collecting plant and powered access equipment

  • Loading and securing machinery safely

  • Completing vehicle and delivery paperwork

  • Representing the company professionally on customer sites

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 driving experience

• Previous experience transporting plant or machinery is essential

• Age 21+ (insurance requirements)

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence

• Digital Tachograph Card

• Driver CPC

• Strong understanding of load security and plant transport procedures
